- Cashback of 0.50%, 0.75%, or 1.00% is credited on the base value of the property purchased through Stepwise Properties.
- Cashback will be credited within 60 to 90 working days from the date of property deal closure and full payment receipt.
- Applicable on properties with a base value of ₹30,00,000 (Thirty Lakhs) and above only.
- Each coupon code is unique, one-time use, and valid for a single property transaction per registered user.
- The coupon code must be presented to the Stepwise Properties team before or at the time of deal closure — it cannot be applied retroactively.
- Cashback will be transferred directly to the bank account linked to the property owner's identity documents after completion of all KYC formalities.
